Subsequent Refund Request
If, due to any reason, you request a refund after the cooling-off period mentioned in respective package, Quadrobits will only consider it in case we are not able to offer the requested service or product, in line with the agreed upon purchase.
In the rare case that we aren’t able to deliver the service or product you requested, you are entitled to get a complete refund of the purchase price.
Any deficiency in product or service due to any third parties like server, hosting, images, and more, Quadrobits won’t be accountable at all. Any effort Quadrobits has put while liaising / coordinating with them should be paid based on the standard company rates.
In case you think that the service received isn’t as described on the website or according to your expectation, you should get it to our customer service notice within 24 hours of getting the service. Our team will look into your complaint and will take suitable decisions.
